Foundation Track
Ages 13–15
First cohort
Agency, communication, courage, first mentor relationships and foundational missions.
Designed with
- Short missions
- Supervised settings
- Weekly parent visibility
- No unsupervised one-to-one time with adults
We are preparing the first founding cohort: 12 weeks on the Foundation Track, for ages 13–15. A lab is where you practice. One capability a week, rehearsed live and then used for real.
Dates, format and tuition are still being finalized. Families on the Founding List hear first.
Review last week’s mission, hear one real leadership story, practice the new behavior live, and agree the next mission.
A single real action in a setting the student already belongs to: school, a sport, a club, family, or an approved community setting.
Three questions, every time. What was agreed? What happened? What changes next?
A short note on the capability to look for at home that week, and how to notice it without doing the mission for them.
Finished work, confirmations from the people involved, honest misses, and commitments that were repaired.
Every mission ends with evidence: the finished work, a confirmation from the person on the other side, or an honest miss that was repaired. Growth becomes something you can point to.
These are directions, not guarantees. GOING makes no clinical or academic promises, and no promise about any individual student.
Three hours where leadership is practiced, not watched. It is the fastest way for a family to see how GOING works before the 12 weeks.
This is a sample run of the day. Dates are announced to the Founding List first.
The opening sets the tone: leadership here is practiced, not watched.
Ask, summarize, check you understood.
Notice a real contribution and name it.
Easy conversation with mentors.
Make one clear promise, with evidence.
Practice a constructive ask and an opening line.
What parents can look for at home.
A 13-year-old and an 18-year-old need different things. GOING is built in two tracks that grow with the student.

In design
The move to college and work: professional communication, networking, judgment, negotiation, leadership and independent execution.
The first cohort is intentionally small. The families in it are the first to see GOING up close, and the ones we listen to most.
Priority access to the first cohort and to GOING Day.
Your questions go to the person building the program.
Founding families are asked what is working, and it changes what we do.
Invitations to parent sessions as the first cohort runs.
Teenagers aged 13 to 18. The first cohort, the Founding Lab, is for ages 13–15 on the Foundation Track. A Launch Track for ages 16 to 18 is in design.
Each week: one 60-minute live session with practice, one real-world mission in a setting they already belong to, and a mentor check-in. In the accountability week, for example, a student promises one thing someone actually needs, delivers it within 72 hours, and reviews what happened with a mentor.
Sessions are live. The format and location for the first cohort are still being finalized. Families on the Founding List hear first.
We are preparing the first founding cohort for 2027. The start date is still being finalized. Families on the Founding List hear first.
Tuition is still being finalized. Families on the Founding List hear first. Joining the list costs nothing.
By what your teenager does. Every mission ends with evidence: the finished work, a confirmation from the person involved, or an honest miss that was repaired. Each week you receive a parent translation that says what to look for at home. We do not guarantee outcomes, and we will not show you results we have not earned.
A class transfers information, and teenagers already have unlimited information. Coaching changes behavior. Athletes, executives and entrepreneurs use it because practice, feedback and accountability are how people actually improve. GOING gives teenagers the same structure, sized for their age.
By design. No adult is ever alone with a student. Missions happen in settings the student already belongs to, or in supervised GOING sessions. Nothing has to be posted publicly. There are no leaderboards or personality scores. Every adult who works with students passes a background check and completes child-safety training before their first session, and the full safeguarding policy is shared with every family before the Founding Lab begins.
Yes. Joining the list is not an application and not a commitment. It tells us you are interested, and it means you hear about GOING Day, parent briefings and the first cohort before anyone else.
