No lectures about “becoming a leader.” You’ll actually do things.
What you’ll do
- Meet interesting people.
- Make an ask.
- Work in a team.
- Build something.
- Get uncomfortable.
- Prove what you can do.
- Try.
- Fail safely.
- Adjust.
- Try again.
- Finish.
GOING is for ages 13 to 18. Twelve weeks, a small group, mentors, and one real mission every week. You already have all the information in the world. This is where you practice using it.
Not a classroom.
GOING happens where your life already is: your team, your class, your group chat. Here is what a few weeks feel like.
Straight answers.
- Is this school?
- No. No grades, no lectures, no worksheets. There are missions, and you do them in real life.
- Do I have to be a “leader type”?
- No. Week one is about listening, not speeches. You have to be willing to try one real thing a week.
- What if I mess up?
- You will. Everyone does. Then a mentor asks what happened and what changes next, and you go again. A miss you fixed counts.
- Who else is in it?
- A small group of people around your age.
- Will adults just talk at me?
- No. Mentors ask questions. You do most of the talking and all of the doing.
- Do I have to post stuff?
- No. Nothing you do here has to go online. No leaderboards either.
Want in? You’ll need a parent.
A parent or guardian joins the Founding List for your family. The fastest way to start that conversation is to send them the page we wrote for them.
